Liking What I Hate
I never liked my smile It felt crooked To lopsided Imperfect But when I cracked my crooked smile In front of you You said you loved it So may I can too I never liked my laugh It's too wheezy It cracks and flutters like a penny in a tin can But when you heard my chuckle You said you loved it So maybe I can try to It's funny I used to hate these things about me But now I'm starting to love them Because I know you love those things I hate about me
