Light up - burn!
A stone cold coal-heart i was, One covered with gloomy fears, Weighed down with heavy clouds of thought. The Imagination of me being ignited, brought me anxiety. Breathing was labored. Do I still have a spark? Will I burn bright enough? Will I burn too much to harm my handler? The humid darkness brought me solace. Little did I know how fast that'll change. Like a forest fire, spreading with scapel-like precision, You had me at "Hello". Like a flash flood, your smile had me grabbing for the nearest vest least I drown. A personality, warm and kindling enough to remind a "Stone-cold coal heart", what it means to burn. And burn i did... you know the saying "Old wood burns the brightest", in this case it was literal. You were the spark I never knew I needed. A flame so calm, bright, warm and assured... THE FLAME OF JAH, one strong enough to brighten and dry out my abode. What won't I do for you? I ask like a grateful man liberated from shackles. I'll be the fire when you're burning low. I'll be the Thunder cause you're my lightening. I understand it now... There's nothing I won't do, cause you'd do the same for me too.♡
