Light and Dark
Contradictory It's a mystery The earth has a shell It's Heaven and Hell Separate but equal Not just a sequel They burn with a core They want something more Chaos, confusion What is this, illusion? Played like a fiddle It's Earth in the middle We're roaming and lost Not knowing the cost To push or to pull The lack of understanding We're growing so dull Avoiding what's demanding It's easier to give up, on the quest to good luck But look at that cup Half full or...containing water? The water is there Go on look, stare Half full or half empty, who cares Water and air are both shares Our earth is an investment Not for our detestment The light and the dark Are a walk in the park With roses and thorns and fake unicorns Where do they meet? Is it with us? We know one is here The other soon near The light and the dark We are the spark
