Lifting The Anchor

I dropped my anchor long ago, It reached the bottom and got stuck, The anchor wouldn't budge not a foot nor an inch, It was stuck at the very bottom for maybe 5 years until people knew exactly what to do, They broke my anchor free, We're slowly lifting my anchor out of the bottom of the sea, Advice was given so they knew how to help, My anchor wouldn't be free without the people acknowledging me.
