lie to me
the same written letter, with hearts scribbled across every word but, with two completely different definitions I could look at the same language you call hatred, but I call it love the same eyes with different meanings "go away" I say, but my eyes tell a different story they are but a mere window for the girl living in my mind, passionately in love with your gaze, your presence, anything and everything about you she would do anything to be in your presence, but I am but too afraid for you to see her, so instead I lie to me "lie to me" I beg "lie to me, tell me you never loved me" "lie to me, my darling", the mirror gives me an expression of disgust and hatred "such a sad fool, you make it hard to pity you but oh so easy to tell you"
