Letting It Burn 🔥
I fooled me twice and it's all my fault. Just like a fice, I caught me off guard. I let me fall, fall apart. So much for having it. Having it all. Now all is gone. I'm left here with nothing. Nothing but a wrong tone. They say sticks and stones won't break your bones. Yet I'm shattered, shattered in rock bottom. I should be flattered, I put me here. Every last ounce of my happiness decluttered to the brim. Still I search for more to trim. I tell myself, fake it till you make it. But really, what am I faking? This wrong choices I'm making. I don't think I'm ready to feast on what I'm baking, so I let it burn, coz that's what I'm good at. Letting it burn.
