Let's Talk Toad
If I told you there was a toad that wanted to talk, You might think it a jest, a whimsical walk. But this toad, my friend, is no ordinary creature, With eyes that gleam wisdom and a voice like a preacher. In the depths of the pond, where lilies bloom, He sits on a lily pad, dispelling gloom. His throat swells with melodies, a symphony of croaks, As he weaves tales of magic and wisdom with his gentle coax. He speaks of the secrets held within nature's embrace, Of the whispers of wind and the dance of each space. His words, a reminder of the connections we share, With every living being, in this world we all bear. He tells of the moon's soft glow, painting the night, And the stars that twinkle with their ethereal light. He shares the stories of creatures far and wide, From buzzing bees to soaring birds, side by side If you listen closely, you'll hear his tales unfold, Of enchanted forests and rivers untold. He invites you to ponder, to question and explore, The wonders of life that we often ignore. So, if I told you there was a toad that wanted to talk, Would you dismiss it as fiction or take a thoughtful walk? For in the humblest creatures, wisdom can reside, If only we open our hearts and listen with pride
