Let me go
Finally got the courage to let her go. Asked her just a while ago. Seemed too calm for one who got told, But that's not a grudge for me to hold. I feel lighter, just a bit. Now alone, by myself, I sit. Someone who was never mine, Someone who I let go by. I hope she'll find some better friends, Ones unlike me who'll stay till the end. From one heart to another's soul, I bid farewell, for that's my goal. No longer your friend, just an acquaintance, and I'm fine with that.
