Left alone

People came into my life just as fast as they went away. I learned early on that no one is here to stay. After many heart aches and so much pain. I built walls, not wishing to see anyone again Locked away hidden from all of society. With my thoughts alone, I will sit quietly. Wondering if I'll ever see that other part of me. The one who was once happy and free.
