How do we learn to navigate The ups and downs Of this life By growing stronger together Instead of falling apart At the first sign of conflict? How do we force a love That lasts forever And never withers? Never fades? Never quits? Never dies? Never hurts too much to let go? How do we learn to Forgive one another  Permanently and instantly  For any perceived wrongs Or insults or slights? How do we learn To manage our expectations and To give and receive in equal measure? How do we  Manage our own emotions well enough To be a support to our partner through rough seas? To be a comfort in darker times? To provide emotional support during conflicts?
