Leader

A leader is a hard role to define and fill. The lines between a good leader and a bad leader are very thin. Everyone has their own expectations of a good and bad leader. I believe we are all capable of being leaders. The challenge is to be the leader that you would like to have. There is no one way to lead. The desire to lead holds a lot of temptation. Some are afraid the the power of a leader is too much for them. However, if the one afraid of the power doesn't take it then the one craving it will. Be brave, fellow leaders. Be the leader.
