Last Poem For You
I cried for you for the first and last time today It was a weak moment, okay? I guess in the back of my mind I thought you'd be coming back I was holding onto you like a backpack If you don't want to talk to me, that's your issue You won't catch me using any tissue Go ahead and block me I don't need to communicate with you Now I'm truly free You're now only a person I knew People are replaceable They truly are They just need to be traceable Just trace them with tar I was in denial But now I'm starting to understand Your number I kept trying to dial Guess to you I'm just second hand These are the last words you'll ever get from me This is the last time I waste time thinking on you This is the last time you'll ever hear me plea And this time I swear it's true This is the last poem for you
