Lacrimae
My heart and mind weeps when I hear her weep. My souls shreds itself at her tears. I'd give anything to see her and hold her. I'd do anything to take away her fears and tell her its ok. It kills me slowly and painfully, being chained by poverty and shackled by unability. I wish and try so much it's ingrained into my mind like a brand. Yet feel like a failure when all I can say is sorry. I want nothing more to take all her pain and sadness away. To kiss the tears from her cheek and the scars on her skin. I'd sacrifice my life if it meant she'd live in happiness and tranquility. I question myself daily, of whether I cause relief or burdance. Am I the cause of her suffering and torture. Am I the one who is chaining her with fear. My mind is a wild tempest, I cannot contain. I know not myself nor do I know what it is to live, and I yet I love profusely so. It stings and ir blisters, to realize that truly love is the hardest thing any living soul can do. Maybe that is why the world is so unforgiving, because to love is to be weak and sacrifice the deepness of our soul. But to her, I'd give everything. I love you very much, my sweet beloved, and I desire to cleanse your soul from madness and turmoil.
