Lack of Self Love

I knew ! why I always hate myself. Again and again. I have lots of reasons to say, to hate myself. And others make it worse. Someone doesn't know how to make jokes, then they started joking about other insecurities. I hate myself again! In every part of my body to give reasons to hate myself again............. Every time I stand in front of a mirror, the mirror laughs to see my face. And Says how ugly you are. Everything and every situation remember my ugliness again and again. So I hate myself very badly.......... And it's continuous forever
