l don't like Mondays π
In the dawn's soft light, a sigh escapes, The weekend's warmth, now just a trace. Coffee brews, but spirits wane, Oh, the weight of Monday's chain. Alarm bells ring, a jarring sound, Dreams of freedom, lost and drowned. Yet through the gloom, a spark may rise, A chance to chase the weekβs surprise. So hereβs to Mondays, though I may frown, A canvas blank, where hopes are found. With every step, Iβll find my way, Turning gray to gold, come what may.
