I think, I've been functioning under the assumption that you don't truly want to leave, that you don't really hate me, that I still mean something to you. But the more you oppose these beliefs that I hold strong, the less I believe them, and view them as truth. Should you really want me to be no more a part of your life, then perhaps I should trust you, and let you go. But I won't let you leave without knowing how important you were in mine.
