Karma
He hunts me down like an animal; He will pick me up just so he can throw and smack me around. They will stand there They know what he does to me They see the bruises that I try in vain to hide; They watch as he breaks me but they dont ask. He is there to do what he does best Get drunk and hit me; Oh, he is just doing what he does best Hurt me. He has an image to protect so he plays the good guy around his friends; Some men are nice and good While others are mean and jaded; They get their kicks by hurting women. They turn their backs as I fight to not cry out; Revenge shall be seeked and he shall hurt. I call it karma and I'll never have to worry about him hitting me around anymore. Karma is Like mother nature; It can be a b****. If you or someone you know is a victim of domestic abuse, seek help immediately...
