Just A Date
This day once had your name on it, softly written in my plans. Now it sits in silence, like a room I forgot to enter. I don’t miss you, not the way I thought I would… but something in me still pauses, as if waiting for a knock that won’t come. Two years didn’t vanish, they just turned into a date I no longer belong to.
