Judges and Grudges
You broke me into pieces, And left me to pick them up. You left me to handle each one, And left me with their cuts. And now coming back, You have the audacity, To judge the glue marks and scars, That you made a reality. You judge how I fix myself, And what I do to protect. You judge ragged edges, The ones you left behind. You judge what lies deep, In the corners of my mind. But you don't get opinions, On the thing I had to do. You don't get to tell me, How I should've healed from you.
