In the journey of life, as the years go by, I've come to realize, a truth that can't deny. Words may flow like a river, smooth and clear, But actions, my friend, speak louder and sincere. As I grow older, wisdom finds its way, And the noise of empty words begins to sway. No longer do I hang on every phrase, Instead, I observe the actions people display. For talk is cheap, like whispers in the wind, But actions, my dear, are where truths begin. I've learned to decipher the language of deeds, To see beyond the surface, where truth truly leads. It's easy to speak of love, of kindness and care, But do we truly live it, or is it just a snare? Do we lend a helping hand when someone is in need? Or do we turn a blind eye and let the moment bleed? Actions have the power to reveal one's heart, To show if compassion is merely a fleeting art. Deeds are the measure of a person's character, A reflection of their soul, shining or sinister. So as I grow older, I pay less heed to words, And focus on the actions, like migrating birds.
