Journal Entry
The day you and I stopped talking marked the end of my world. It felt like everything shattered, leaving me scrambling to piece it back together, but this time, my efforts were futile. A heavy wave of depression began to engulf me once more, pulling me down with its weight. I struggled to break free, to call out for help, but the sinking feeling persisted. Each passing day only added more weight, until it felt like it was tearing me apart, staining the ocean red with my pain. I've grown accustomed to it now, but the agony remains just as sharp. I know how to let go, it's a simple solution, but the fear of being without it holds me back. The pain has become a familiar companion, and the thought of losing it terrifies me. Despite knowing it's slowly consuming me, I can't bring myself to care.
