Jesus My Friend
In the labyrinthine corridors of existence, I wandered, a pilgrim in search of a companion true, A friend who would uplift me, when the vicissitudes of life's journey weighed me down anew. A confidant who would accompany me, through the trials and tribulations that beset my path, A steadfast ally, who would guide me, through the labyrinth of life's uncertain math. And then, like a beacon in the darkness, shining bright with an effulgent light, I found a friend, who loves me with an unwavering devotion, a love that's pure, and strong, and bright. A friend, who values me, not for my accomplishments, or my earthly possessions, but for who I am, A friend, who sees beyond my flaws, and loves me still, with an unconditional, and unwavering love, that's truly a marvel to behold. This friend, this companion, this confidant, is Jesus, my Lord, my Savior, my guide, The one, who lifts me up, when I am weak, and walks beside me, through the darkest night. He is the friend, who never leaves me, nor forsakes me, but stands by me, through every test, A friend, in need, and indeed, a friend for life, who loves me, with an eternal, and unrelenting love. In His presence, I find solace, comfort, and peace, A sense of belonging
