J. C.
His demeanor was the symbol of integrity, loyalty, and honor and he was maddeningly steadfast in maintaining traditional core principles and values, sometimes irritating both, his friends and enemies. Showing his love for mankind through sharing and caring for others, even his enemies, he prayed constantly to do his Father's work and to be the best version of himself he could be. This man taught others his faith with patience and grace and practiced what he taught by traveling far and wide to bring peace and harmony to the earth. He helped build hundreds of modest shelters for the homeless while he, himself, lived in a small home in a small town for most of his life. The love and concern he had for others was known by many throughout the world and people from many countries journeyed to his hometown to meet and visit with him. While he enforced discipline upon himself, he quickly forgave the transgressions and faults of others. He was encircled by faith and fulfilled oaths through his duty to God, country, and his wife of seventy-seven years. He was never a pope nor a king but he was once president of the United States who lived to be 100 years old. May God bless your memory, President James Carter!
