It's okay, to not be okay
As I sat on the bathroom floor The cold tiles beneath me, a somber score The world outside faded, as I felt so small A moment of vulnerability, I couldn't recall The tears I'd held back, began to fall like rain As I let go of the weight, that I'd carried in vain The bathroom floor, a sanctuary of sorts A place to break down, and let my heart resort In that moment, I found a strange sense of peace A calm within the storm, my soul's release A reminder that it's okay, to not be okay And that sometimes, it's in breaking down, that we find our way.
