It's okay to NOT be okay

I always tell myself "𝙄𝙩'𝙨 𝙊𝙆𝘼𝙔 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙧𝙮" even when I don't want to cry. Honestly, I'm tired of crying because I cried so much and even when I try I just can't. 🥺 Growing up in a dysfunctional family I pretend to be okay because that's how I survive. 𝙄𝙩'𝙨 𝙖 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙪𝙢𝙖 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚. 💔 But deep down inside I know that I want to cry and I know that I'm NOT okay. 🤦🏽‍♀️
