it's gonna be okay
Sometimes I stay quiet Not speechless Not dead Just reflecting on the reality on the table It hurts and it pains But life has it's own ways of happening You've lost what felt to be real Friends, family and home You've seen a new breed of kindness People must be okay to be kind They must feel alright first In this life so imperfect Kindness will only be an idea It scares me I've lost so much No pain comes again when people drift away They've always been snows Too good to admire Not so good to trust The scary part is about losing myself I've no shoulders to lean on It's all gonna be okay Someday A man shall rest Peacefully asleep You don't need to cry You don't need to speak love and kindness Let every word sink in an uttered The grave needs no kindness and love
