It reads A, I read B.
The handwriting on the wall reads "get out, leave me alone, I hate you so much, I do not want you here, I need you no more". Yet I read it as "come closer, stay with me, I love you so much, I can't get enough of you, I need you more". And as the day passes, I bear the consequences that come with being a bad reader. I tolerate the pains that come with not reading between the lines. I manage the hurts that accompany the choice of staying with someone who apparently wants me gone. I cope with the bruises I get from pretending not to understand nothing. I still do not want to understand. I still do not want to read properly. I love him. I know he loves me too. He just does not know the right way to communicate it. He doesn't know the right manner to express his generous love for me so he chose this way and I understand.
