It reads A, I read B.
The handwriting on the wall reads "get out, leave me alone, I hate you now, I need you no more". Yet I read it as "come closer, stay with me, I love you always, I can't get enough of you, I want more". And as each day passes, I bear the consequences that comes with being a bad reader. I tolerate the pain that comes with not reading between the lines. I manage the hurt that comes with choosing to stay with someone who apparently wants me gone. I cope with the bruises that I get from pretending not to understand nothing. I still do not want to. I love him. I know he loves me too. He just does not know the right way to communicate it.
