it comes out of nowhere the shakeyness the heavy breathing the feeling that your heart is going to jump out of your chest it comes out of nowhere being unable to breath being unable to talk being unable to stand cause your knees are to weak from nerves it come out of nowhere honestly I wouldn't dill with it if I didn't have to honestly I don't think anyone would but honestly we can't control it and it comes out of nowhere
