Is it true ?cupid is real.
In a world where love's whispers fill the air, I search for Cupid, but he's nowhere. His fabled arrows, unseen yet true, Leave me wondering if love’s in view. Does he wear wings of downy white, Or hide in shadows, out of sight? Is his touch gentle, a fleeting feel, Or is love a dream I can’t make real? An emptiness echoes in my chest, A hollow longing, a silent quest. Seeking the spark, the warmth, the flame, Yet all stays still, an endless game. I wander through days with eyes open wide, Looking for signs of love to guide. Though I don't know just what he'll be, I hope that Cupid sees me. For now, I wait, with heart ajar, Trusting someday love won’t be far. In the meantime, I’ll be here, Embracing the journey, year by year.
