is it too late for an apology?

i postpone my feelings to put others first cause I have always been called selfish i hate talking so I listen cause I have always been called annoying i try to make others feel wanted and put them first cause as a kid, i was never anyone's first option kids shouldn't feel this way just because they have family that can't deal with their problems properly
