Is It my fault?

Is getting birth as a girl mistake? COVER UR SELF DONT WEAR SHORT CLOTHES DONT GO OUTSIDE A women can't rest after working for hours . And still some blame about the way we dress .An old lady , a 3 year old kid . We first of all are not safe at our own house and society. Is it our fault when men stare at us . Is it our fault ??
