Invisible string theory
I once read of the invisible string, How fate connects us, a wondrous thing. No meeting is random, no path astray, Each thread entwined in its own way. We spoke once, brief and fleeting, A moment lost, our hearts not beating. You were a colleague, nothing more, A closed chapter, no open door. Yet here I stand, years unspoken, A heart now mended, once left broken. Who knew the string would guide me true, To find myself falling deeply for you.
