Invincible Refuge
You, my Sovereign, my asylum, and my all, A fortress of hope, where my trust stands tall, In Your presence, I find solace, a sanctuary from life's storms, A haven where my heart can heal, and my spirit transforms. When idolaters sought to ensnare me, with false gods and empty lies, You manifested Yourself, and revealed Your omnipotent surprise, Though they conspired against me, and sold me into Egyptian night, You elevated me to prominence, and made me a minister of light. In the wilderness, You rained down manna, a celestial bread, Sustaining me through trials, and filling my heart with joy unsaid, From bondage to freedom, You led me, through the Red Sea's parted tide, Into Canaan's promised land, where milk and honey flowed, and my heart resided. When foes sought to devour me, in the lions' den of despair, You silenced the beasts, and showed Your power, beyond compare, In You, I am invincible, a warrior, unshakable, and free, A child of the Most High, protected, safe, and destined to be. All things converge for my good, in Your grand tapestry, A divine plan, woven with love, to prosper me, and set me free, No fear can grip my heart, for I know Your intentions, pure and kind, Plans to give me life.
