Intravenous
You are intravenous. You flow through my veins. You flood through me, trickling into every cell and membrane. I've fallen ill, infected with whatever you carry. Though I accept it willingly, I beg you not spare me. I am honored to be poisoned by such grace. You're beautiful, perfectly crafted. I am nothing but waste. It is forbidden that I take your name in vain, The image of you and you alone has corrupted my brain. You bare the light of the gods in your eyes with a mouth so vile, each word full of lies. Yet those lies are beloved music to my ears. You're perfect, I despise you. You bring me to tears.
