Into the Void
Falling through the cracks I'm not supposed to be here A head-on collision with a new reality Will I adjust? I dont understand this place Its not a hell Nor a purgatory But something else entirely Shadowy figures follow me Taking note of my every move Then recounting them back to me As if I'd comprehend They slither through this void Riding the walls like a wave Mute and two dimensional Yet infinitely more capable One being has it in for me Torturing me with unpredictability No way to fill me in Even if it tried Doomed to eternal confoundment To understand is laughable Just a gaping hole for a mouth A tongue and teeth just for show Their geometry I cant make sense of it I'm sober but my world spins Nothing here is possible Nothing here is possible
