Internal/External
Internal Rage, External Smiles. The flood gates break and rage within me, but on the outside, the smiles continue, and I show a strong facade. At any time, it may break, like so much before, and you help me build it again. Internal questions, External answers. I've searched so far, Internal. I couldn't see the External standing right there, and with you right there. You always give me the answers, and I reject them, but I want to have them this time, to finally accept. Internal sadness, External happiness. My sadness gathers in my core and internalizes, and it releases in waves, like a tsunami. You and the others wait out the flood, and you dry me off, helping to clean me up and dry my eyes. Internal Calm, External Calm. The End goal, something I wish to attain that might not be there yet, but I work all the time. You extend hands, and I'll take them all the time, to get me closer to my goal.
