Internal Dread | Anxiety.
The internal dread has came back to swallow me whole, my throat has a lump so i cant talk as the monster comes to eat my whole, only for me to relize its comeing from within me and out it comes to swollow me from the outside in, but there is no time now to stop it as it grows, as i curl up into a ball, a shaky, nauseous, mess of a ball as i cry hopeing the internal dread and anxiety go away. Only to see the damage ive done to myself, the scratches and marks ive left on my own body as the anxiety tightens my chest and the nausea grows, i feel hot and cold as i tremble there alone, in the space within my mind to be corroded with thoughts i wish would go away, only hopeing someone could save from with internal dread.
