Inside
The young heart yearns for exploration To see and feel the thrill of every destination But the young heart's guardians forbid of such To only set it free when the time is right The young heart is filled with impatience To feel left out is not why everyday it awakens So it disobeys and escapes No longer abiding to the law of the guardians Tasting and feeling everything Running around as if it's youth is rapidly vanishing The guardians just sit down and watched Worrying about what the young heart was becoming For days, months and years the fun lasted Then it randomly came to an end It was finally time for consequences to fall upon it To come and make amends Stranded the young heart did not know what to do Guilt and suffering left it without a clue It was too ashamed to go back home After years of leaving it's guardians all alone For days, months and years it wondered To make sense of all the calamity Then the young heart finally realised What was meant of staying inside until the time is right
