Insecurities
I think back to how all my insecurities came to be when I was younger: Curly hair, unmanageable and no one knew how to care for it. My fashion choices, too colorful and preppy making people think I'm uptight and unapproachable. My shyness, people were afraid of me and often led to some light bullying. My awkwardness, made it hard to make friends and keep them. These are just a few of my insecurities but looking back. Everyone had there own insecurities. Part of growing up is realizing that the insecurities that once were a burden were more common than you think. I'm not as insecure as I once was but I hope my honesty helps someone realize their not alone. Everyone is insecure about something but that's part of what makes us human.
