In the Span of a Thought
I had a thought to caught some rhymes But reality hit back and It took my smile. It made me rethink To deal with my mind And negotiate the Art of being in a life. "A life?" Someone would ask But the answer given Probably would be just "fine" Everyone comes up with something Unique, like each kind of psyche. There's the one Earth, So it must be "in life". But if you'd ask me each person gets a life. All these adventures guided by their own minds All deserve an applause, making it high In the span of this "line"; yet again I come to my mind And wonder "Did i catch the rhymes or let them fly by?" Fading in the night, with a tear in my eyes.
