In the Shadow of Tracks
In the shadow of tracks where sorrow lies, A train derailed, and countless cries, Promises of speed and sleek design, Yet safety ignored, a tragic sign. Ministry boasts of a bullet train's grace, While basic safety's a disgrace. Families weep, their hearts in pain, Who takes the blame for lives lost in vain? Dreams of progress, but at what cost? Innocent lives forever lost. Fake promises won't heal the scar, Of shattered homes, near and far. Responsibility evades the hand, Of those who fail to understand. We demand answers, justice, care, For the lives lost, the despair. Hold them accountable, hear our plea, For safety first, let that decree. No more illusions, no more lies, Just secure journeys under the skies.
