Time Marches On, A Prisoner Shackled To My Own Fears The Sleep I Crave, Cruelly Just Out Of Finger Tip Touch Entering A Dark Passageway Leading To Dread & Destruction Dreading The Evaporation Of My Calmness & Control To Be Replaced By The Inevitable Act Of Self Inflicted Destruction. Your comments would be welcome . Thankfully, most of us in our lifetime will not experience Clinical Depression as outlined above. However many of us, especially during our teenage years, will experience ups and downs, twists and turns in our moods and emotions! but this is both inevitable and understandable.
