In the Realm of what -ifs

I saw you, and the universe whispered secrets in my ear. "what if?" it whispered. "what if this is the one?" My heart danced with the possibilities. but fate had other plans. "In another life, "I tell myself, " our paths will cross again." If not in this Life, then in ANOTHER, I'll find the courage to speak, to discover.
