In the name of Love, They Drit
In the guise of love, they succumb to desire Their hearts once pure, now tainted with fire They know the truth, yet they choose to defy The laws of Allah, that touch the morning sky With eyes that once shone bright with iman's light Now dimmed by lust, they stumble through the night Their whispers sweet, a deceitful, treacherous game As they indulge in haram, with no shame Oh, how they forget, the Day of Reckoning's might roar When every deed, will be brought to light Their excuses hollow, their justifications weak As they stand before Allah, their hearts will speak But still they persist, in this perilous, sinful dance Their footsteps echoing, in a forbidden, romantic trance Though Allah's warning, is clear as the morning dew They choose to disregard, the Quran's guidance true Oh, believers, beware, of this treacherous, slippery slope For in the name of love, they risk their souls' hope Let us hold fast, to the rope of Allah's might And shun the temptations, that leads to endless night.
