when we were in lead we were top of the world we felt no need when we were winning no one came close to our heels we were spinning in a daze a dream which felt out of some story when we were taking first we had an insatiable thirst for life when we were ahead of the rest when we were the best not a care in the world we didn't know strife ah to be there again everyone and everything eating our dust now just a dream a once been time for which we lust well I say nevermind in now trust
