In Nature's Embrace
I wander through the forest’s shade, Where sunlight dapples leaves in play, Each step I take, the trees confide Of hidden love I cannot hide. The river hums a gentle song, Its waters clear, both deep and strong, Much like the pulse I feel inside, A steady current I can’t deny. The wind it whispers through the pine, Soft secrets of a heart like mine, It speaks of you in gentle tune, As stars arrive to greet the moon. And in the meadow, wild and free, The flowers bloom as thoughts of thee, Each petal, soft as morning dew, A quiet vow, my love is true. So let the earth bear witness now, To this soft love, this sacred vow, As endless as the sky above, My heart is yours, my dearest love.
