In Grace, and Retribution
Through devilish gazes that stood unwithered, A man resilient; caressing through rooftops by fate, Blinded by the scars he calls his burden, A man he was; this devil he hates. His mask bleeds with bruises left to shreds. Still- he fights, this fight un-tread. This city calls- to him he’s asked; Beaten and broken he continues at last. Still- though human, no different. Through grace he continues- scattered. This retribution; of the hands left distant. His faith now in the blood of his innocence.
