In Fame's Embrace
In shadows I dwell, where darkness resides, Fame calls my name, as my soul subsides. Anger fuels my pen, its flames never fade, Restless, sleepless, in shadows I wade. The world may slumber, while I remain awake, Thirst for recognition, my passion won't break. My verses are my solace, my eternal muse, In fame's pursuit, my heart will not lose. Through ink and pain, my anguish I sow, A poet's journey, in words that may glow. With each line I write, my spirit takes flight, In fame's embrace, I seek refuge from night. I'll escape the shadows, my soul's heartache, Through verses crafted, until I'm awake. Until my last breath, these words I will pour, In pursuit of fame, forever I'll explore.
