Ever present, Always vigilant, Remorseful, A healed heart, mind and soul. Though hearts were bruised and spirits frayed, Through tears and trials, love found its way. One glance, years dissolved like mist, Fate of the unspoken, a tightly clenched fist, Eyes met, never to lie, the flame ignited anew, The world stood still, in awe, of what it couldn't undo. Distance couldn't block it, Absences failure in suffocation, Pain couldn't kill it, No need for resuscitation.
